If you are tax exempt, call or email us before ordering on line. Shipping is added after the total order in figured. Plaques and glass/crystals are one of our heaviest products. We can deliver large orders to Baltimore and Washington if you pay the driver. And lastly, we don’t charge by the letter. People that do are ripping you off. The printing is done by a computer, not by hand. If you send us your verbiage and a logo that can be converted to b&w easily, we’ll format it and send you a proof. The exception is a plaque that has a super long amount of verbiage that will spend a long time on the laser.
