Advantage Awards does not include free shipping with any purchase. Before you purchase, you should call of email and ask how much the shipping will add to the final cost.
We ship USPS, UPS and FedEx. You may choose to ship with your account
Because all items are customized, all sales are final and non-refundable. We offer proofs before printing, lasering and embroidering and do our best to produce the best product possible. If you make a change after you approve a proof, changes are at your cost.
Terms and Conditions
Our terms are Cash, Credit Card, or Government Contract for 30 Days. Any deviation needs to be talked about with Steven Wampler, the Owner before ordering or starting any sale. We ask at least 1/2 deposit on sales where we have to order products and a 15% restocking fee plus shipping for any items you refuse before customization.

Attached is the design proof for your order. Please review carefully the design and layout to ensure everything is correct. Email back with any changes or your approval.

*Once approval for the attached proof is received, you order will be moved into production status. After that, ANY AND ALL REVISIONS AND/OR REPRINTS WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.*
