FOR UMD NURSING STUDENTS for Spring 2025 Semester ONLY. Nametags will be shipped to YOUR address listed. If you put your parent’s name, we will print your parent’s name and you will have to start ALL OVER. Your parents should not be doing this for you anyway – you are an adult.
Students need to add their FIRST LAST Name to Shipping.

STUDENTS MUST BE ADMITTED TO THE UMD SCHOOL OF NURSING. WE CHECK THEM OFF ON THE LIST PROVIDED.
